Welcome to Landan town. I actually used to work on Kingsway (Aldwych/Holborn), right in the centre, so I can recommend Covent Garden. Lots of funky little backstreets - probably my favourite parts about London. I agree about science museum, but take a peek at the natural history museum too - some cool stuff there.

Longtime no post - Flat out with unui/work/uni work - the 406 is still going strong! 
Awesome city though - but everyone is Australian. Went to a store on Oxford Circus - the bloke behind the counter was from Tasmania. No matter where I went, it was impossible to escape them!
I'll try and post a bit more - endeavouring to get a job there!
