Measurements

Post by waue1978 »

Realise this is a bit of a strange request, but does anybody have access to a Mk3 Golf or Vento that they could measure around the bottom of the bumper (wheelarch to wheelarch) please? Also looking for the same measurement from a mid 90s Seat Ibiza.

i think there is a slim chance my uncle may have one lying round in his pile of scrap cars. My other uncle does have a mk4, and my granny has a polo. Do you want measurments in inches or centimeters.

Inches or cms will do thanks - can soon convert afterwards anyway.

Sort of. Got a few possibilities, but most of the Ebay sellers can't be arsed to get a tape measure out. That said, a couple have been quite good & given me all sorts of info.

Don't be - it looks exactly the same as the Laguna one anyway.

Whilst looking for pictures of the SP kit I came across these:

A little bit chavvy perhaps, but not as OTT as some of the stuff I've seen on Ebay lately.

& would this be a standard Peugeot Coupe front bumper on this 2005 Ultima Edizione for sale on French Ebay?

Isn't that the final bumper? Where's Mr Powerflow when you need him? :supafrisk:

Mr Powerflow :cheesy:

Yeah, that's the final bumper, fitted to LHD Coupes manufactured in 2004 only - this type of bumper was never fitted to any Coupe sold in the UK.

Also, why the hell didn't Pug offer the Tacoma alloy as an option in the UK? Looks really nice!
