I used the pic of maximillion's fusebox as referance and once I removed the cowling I could see the relay =, there just one fitted in the D8 in the scrapyard, as oppose to 2 on his fusebox

I have the stalk with the control for the rear fog only on, so hopefully onve I remove the cowling I will see the wiring there for it

I plan to do a pic heavy guide so others can benefit from the guide and knowledge as ive seen a few mentions of it but no guide

Any of the 2 will do. A new stalk from a car with fogs is needed too. Remove the old ome and fit the new one. All the cabling is already there. Remove the bumper and you'll see the cables. Two 10A fuses must be added in the fusebox in the engine bay (see car's handbook for exact positions).
i only have 1 spare slot . will it work in this slot ? it also has a black box at the side like yours .

The D8 in the scrapyard only had one slot aswell, I will pop out and have a look at mine and take a quick pic when I get a mo

Apparently it only needs 1, which confused me as do why do some models have 2 :?:

The picture is ilustrative only (to know what to look for) It's not from my car, its the only pic i could find online of the 406 relay block. I did it a long time ago and i do't remember where exactly my rellay goes :)

I was just going to fit the front fogs, the stalk and see if they work, If not go from there

I was going to try as it is on that pic first

Heres my fusebox seemingly with 1 relay already fitted

ive pm'd you mate but will write it here for others

im sure the rear fogs use the same relay as the front fogs

in my haynes i can only see 1 relay in the wireing diagrams for the fogs ..

so it seems you only need stalk and fogs . relay and my fuses allready seem to be there ready ..

Good luck with it mate, let me know how you get on

When you remove the steering cowling, which is held on with 3 torx 15 screws you need a very small torx bit/screwdriver to release the 2 screws that hold the stalk on, luckily I had a small allen key torx set in my pocket

had wheel arch liner off today while fitting my temperature display probe.

everything for the fogs is there as previously stated. the plug is nicley taped to another cable under there ready to plug in .
even the holes in the bottom of the arch lining is there to adjust the fogs height ... :P

change of plan. i will be up accrington at 10am in the morning . got a set of fogs. stalk and relay for £40
not bad considering those stalks go for £20 on ebay .

so hopefully tuesday morning i will get them fitted ..
