You'll need the right wheels to clear them though, not sure if it's a specific sort of wheel but I do know 15" wheels won't clear the callipers.

im confused here . my car is on that list and my car has standard 15" wheels ?? so if them discs fit my car with 15s wouldnt they fit a 2.2 with 15s ?

the discs look the same from that listing so would have thought the calipers are the same . or am i wrong ?

The V6 saloon & estate have 283mm disks and Lucas callipers (Joe Lucas, Prince of Darkness), in common with other 406s, the V6 coupe has 305mm disks with Brembos.

Would you need the hubs as well?

There could be a difference in mounting holes on the calipers?

Callipers aren't mounted to the hubs :P The hub carriers are the same. The only other thing I can think of are the brake hoses.

....or maybe the pad wear indicator wiring, as they only just reach on std brakes.
