Radio ones longest show.

Post by TRAVIS BICKLE »

Is anyone else listening to chris moyles marathon show? He has done 28 hours non stop so far for comic relief and raised nearly half a million quid.

Haven't been able to listen to very much of it - just whilst in the car to/from work.

37 hours on-air is a bit of a struggle, but it is for a good cause.

Also, I think the venture Scott Mills did out in the Kenyan desert with a bunch of other celebrities is worth a mention - a five day trek across the Kaisut Desert in northern Kenya, covering 107 KM in temperatures of up to 48 Celsius, burning 8,000 calories a day  Despite suffering debilitating stomach upsets, blisters, and one of their team (Peter White) having been born blind, they made it. They raised more than £876,000 for Comic Relief, and the money will be used towards the treatment of avoidable blindness.

I listen to different stations according to the mood i'm in

Sometimes I need perking up
Sometimes I'm stressed and need chilling out

Sometimes I listen to radio 1
But taking big interest in this one, and finding it quite entertaining on the red button on the tv
You miss some of the visual gags on the radio

You're probably right, as it's not their choice, it's the play list
Defo don't miss fri 9-10 for golden hour

Most times I have radio 2 on for pop master

Plus radio 2 is "usually" good for traffic reports

Take the piss if you want, but if i'm really stressed out, I'll put classic fm on just to calm me down

i would tune into classic fm frequently its quite nice especially at night. Radio 2 or Ulster the rest of the time. I cant stand radio 1 i find the presenters a bit too loud and bossy.
