i try to get an hour break ion the morning, and one in the afternoon. seems to have worked so far that way. i dont work weekends or do nights out. I enjoy driving and it certainly beats fixing the bloody things I did 8 years of freezing cold spannering on the sides of motorways under a swaying cab, sitting in them is much nicer than under them
