I drive a MAN 420, when its unit only its a right drift machine in the wet itl spin the wheels in 10th if i drive it properly i can get about 8 mpg. Up windy hill on the m62 near the farm between carriageways, fully freighted i can just get 35mph

daf s are well to be honest cheap and cheerful, ive got an XF105 spacecab at work 410 horses which are more like asthmatic donkeys to be honest. and it spends more time in the workshop than on the road normally
although it does go rather well solo and can get a decent bit of drifting in the wet as i found out the other week coming back down the A5 on the roundabout by hinckley luckily i was running solo otherwise it could have been a bit emabrrassing

If you are talking about the roundabout at the A47 end, then it seems quite easy to get the back end out on that one

yes thats the very one it sort of sneaked up on me as i eventually went round sideways
