Seeing as I'm coming up to a long period off work, I'm going to get as much done with the old girl as possible, & one of the things that's a bit strange with her is the offside rear door. Got a feeling it may have been replaced or stripped at some point because funnily enough it was this door that needed the checkstrap changed too.
When opening this door there seems to be a bit of play in the outside handle. Whereas the rest of them you can feel it open as soon as you start lifting the handle, this one doesn't seem to until you're halfway up. Is there some kind of adjustment that can be done or are we talking cable or rod replacement somewhere inside it?

Re: Door Handle Adjustment
Shall I take it that nobody has a clue about this then?

Re: Door Handle Adjustment
as far as ican see theres no adjustment on them,
everything just clips in place,
My rear handle used to stay up had alook and it was just abar clipped to the handle with a plastic clip to stop it popping out,
couidnt remeber seeing any way of adjusting them,
