Digital climate control was an option on the early L and LX, but standard in all other trims on D9s. Later-model LX had them as standard.

It's the one bloody toy my old car did have 8)

It had no trip computer
2002 (D9) Peugeot 406 Coupe SE, 2.2 litre Petrol. Scarlet Red/Rouge Ecarlate/Rosso Scarlatto. Black Leather interior. SOLD :(
2008 (E60 LCI) BMW 525i M-Sport, 3.0 litre Petrol. Carbonschwarz Metallic. Black Dakota Leather and Myrtlewood interior.

all the wires are there too for adding more toys too like electric seats,

think il leave it as it is tho then theres less to go wrong,

Climate control is basically the only thing that cant be retrofitted everything else can be put into it to up the spec.
The old D9 is getting a right hammering, not all of them will spontaneously combust.

Thats the main winnign factor for me right now is the XUD.
If they made a D9 with a 1.9D like they do with the 306 then great cause it would be easy to drop a Turbo'ed lump in there but they dont :(
I'm doing to be doing 250miles a week just back and fore Cardiff come september. Add in 50 miles of personal driving and thatd 300 miles a week. If I can get 600 miles out of a tank of veggie I'l be extreamly happy, if I get 500 I'l be very happy.
Filling up the tank goes from £45 for 60 litres of veg oil to well over £80 if I was running on normal diesel.
Every little helps when your a student :)

The Honda has a circular knob and a digital screen for climate control. Best of both.

a circular knob that controls a digital screen.
Perfection has been achieved by someone, climate control is ok for a specific temperature but if you want to go from hot to cold quickly its not possible

Man up - get a 2.1TD with the Exec pack. The 1.9TD is slow.

If it costs you another tenner in petrol each week - its money well spent not to be driving a sh*t slow car!

Looks terrible and it's a HDi... I NEED an XUD :P

But 2.1TD's come with Lucas pumps. You can't run veggie oil on a Lucas! It would cost me an extra £35 every 600 miles to run a lucas on diesel.
You can put a bosch on a lucas but you'd loose all the electronic cold start.
What I'd be better off doing is starting with a 1.9TD then putting a 2.1TD in it, that way I keep all the electronic gizmos, immob, cold start, electronic advance etc.

I'm going to watch him in the auctions tommorow. I'l try go meet the new owner and let him know :p
The 406oc stickers are still on it anyway. I'l video him going through the auctions :)
