Well thats the only manual....... well recent manual I've seen where it asks for angle ranges for stage 3, its just to make you buy new and more tools ! lol

The bolt's are a stretch type which really isn;t good for a high boost engine, But I think it's all you can get, I know that ARP do the head bolt's for the ally 205 engine and thats it.
Most manufactures use these bolt's now, I think mainly as the blocks and head are Iron and ally,

Quote' peugeot use a calibrated tensioning device' they don;t in the few I know, I always tension mine from experance and never had a failure, 45 degress twist on the longest side is about right.

As for highflow I've got a engine here which I didn;t know was, and the porting looks and is the worst I;ve ever seen, Well bar a couple of 8v engines too which made low power for the money spent, so stick with the long estabisheb companies for head and engine builds.

Cheers Miles,

The head bolts @ 90nm were a 45 degree turn from the original 70mn mark... I marked the bolt and head faces with a start and end point ! :D

She's all done and dusted... finished it last night, put wheels on and drove it down to reading this morning and I can report that @ 60 mph all the way under 3000rpm the car managed the 156mile journey on only an 1/8th of a tank..........lol Now thats what I call excellent fuel economy !
