WTB: 406 CD Player

As per title I am after a original 406 CD player in the silver finish!

Hi mate,
theres one on ebay at the moment inoticed it on there last night,
the top row of buttons dont work on it but it works fine off the stalk control so the seller says,

iwas going to have a bid on it but there Vin coded so they will just make a Beep noise all the time if theyre not vin coded,

you need one that will have the coding removed or to find someone that will vin code one for you if you find one,
ive not found anyone yet that does these vin codings other than peugeot seems alot £50 to have them done

I'm pretty sure they can be VIN coded with the PP2000/Peugeot Planet clones.

Alternatively, buy a working one with a normal black face-plate, and this one, and then put the silver face on the working CD player.

I have a black one from a 2002. Excellent working order, lense cleaned etc. £18.50 delivered. I can have the front sprayed whatever colour you like as my best mate has his own bodywork shop and has been spraying for over 20 years. It will be an extra £12 to have this done though.

Yes, clones do it ok ive just replaced my cd player and had to code it in pp2000
all you have to type in/enter is your own chassis number complete & bye bye beep

it will need coding they call it Vin coding, dealers charge around £45 to do it,
someone on here might have the software and lead to do it might be worth an ask,
