ANYONE NEED INFO FROM SERVICEBOX??

Post by sna400 »

Hi All

I have paid for a single 24hr connection to service box (finishes 15:00 tomorrow (Sunday)) if anybody needs any info for wiring, or repair diagrams let me know

I would hate to waste 24 euros!!

I would need either the last 8 digits of your chassis number - or the config of your car (D8 or D9, saloon/estate, engine size)

Going fast!!

Thats exceedingly generous of you.

But I'm afraid that your offer may go unnoticed down here in the leccy forum - can you post it in the General forum where it'll probably get more viewings and takers.

24 Euros

Thanks Gary - wasn't sure where to put it!

One of the things with servicebox is it's all web based, and you cannot properly copy the diagrams - but you can print them off, once I have done all mine I will scan them for future reference.

The amount of different versions of wireing diagrams means I would be at it weeks copying every version - hence the offer if anyone wants info I can get it until 15:00.

I'll take a look later to see if I can get some generic layouts.

I could buy a complete copy of servicebox for 27€.
(I do not know if the guy selling it is selling it legally tho)

Yep, it's italian, but you get the point.

It's 1cd and 2 dvds (one dual layer), 15GB total. if you can't get it in UK I could buy it and send a copy to someone there...

I'm not sure what it would be best to look at, it seems to me every damn car is different :frown: For myself I'd be interested in the diagram for the engine ecu (re. cruise) In fact HDi engine loom seems to be our biggest request here. Fuse diagrams would be useful of course, the early (non com2000) D9 still seems a bit of a mystery. You couldn't use one of those programs that sucks the entire content from a website could you?

The parts diagrams are likely to go out of date (especially the prices!) but the wiring diagrams will never change  I don't think the language would be an issue there either, especially as they're numbered... I've not seen anyone selling anything like that in English that looked genuine so if you think the offer is real then yes please!!

Well they say its up to 2010/2011.
The site is in Italian but the program is multilanguage.
The seller is a company so I hope the offer is real... I'll give them a ring tomorrow evening maybe.

I can't imagine selling something that Peugeot wants money to look at being legal, unless this is a different situation in Italy perhaps. Still, who cares  So long as we don't post pictures on the forum and cause trouble this way then I have no problem.

Fine. The shipping will be between 4.50€ and 8.50€ depending on the weight. The 2DVDs and the CD will be around 1.50€. I'll need a volunteer to ship the copy to, he will then make and ship other copies inside Britain to those willing, ok? I'm sorry, but I'm not willing to cover all the costs alone, I'll have to ask for some kind of refund.
I'll open a thread about this if you agree.

I'm fine with that, perhaps even a couple of pounds more to share the cost of the original. Unfortunately I'm probably not the best situated to distribute stuff around the UK
