Depends what you mean

Tayto NI, who now own Golden Wonder and Red Mill snacks

or

Tayto IE, a totally different Irish crisp company?

You need to learn your Irish culture Doggy. My Mrs always used to call all crisps Taytos, but Tayto is actually a big crisp brand over in Ireland. She also calls cupboards "presses", a loaf of bread is a "sliced pan" & believe me, you don't want to get into what a "yoke" is...

Tayto is like Walkers over here.

Didn't call a cupboard a press, but the cupboard you keep towels in is the hot press. I thought this was called this everywhere?

Bread, as in the usual English brands like Hovis, is a pan loaf.
A plain loaf, however, has no crust on the sides and a thick crust on the top and bottom. They're usually baked stuck to each other instead of in seperate pans.

Yokes LOL :)

A "Poke" is an ice cream cone. Got into trouble in Scotland once over it....

A "bake" is a face. A common nickname for facebook is bakebook.

"Gurning" means complaining or crying.
