a had similar problem .. but this was a very very odd problem, at about +/- 90/100 km/h , it started to do a very noisy sound, it looked it came from the interior of the dashboard.

But after going to the garage a few times, and having someone with the same car, i could catch the damn thing, guess what it was ?

Was the upper seal of the front windscreen !!! Was upside down !!

I guess this windscreen was replaced and the rubber was not replaced in the right position, It was luck and a bit of hard to get it to the right position, we need to take it out and then put it back in in the correct position.. not very easy ..

Had similar, on the driver's side the seal was short by 15 mm or a end cap was missing?
Also, wipers, mine seem high at the point of connection to the blade, not sure how to resolve, any ideas?

Yeah, the seal is still short, something +/- about that size, but the noise as gone after swapping upside down the seal ..

DAMN! I have the same problem with my wipers !.. in the middle on them when they come down, in an specific area doesn't clean properly, as i think it isn't doing the enough pressure on the windscreen,

I'm thinking about changing the arms to maybe 407 ones which are fitted with the lower sitting straight fit 'Aero Blades' ?
that should lower them enough to sit behind the lip of the bonnet, and clean the screen better!!

Let you know how I get one!

yey, the 407's wiper arms fit in the 406 ? Is it really as you say ? They do more pressure on the screen ? Because i changed my wiper arm once, and didn't solved nothing ..
