electric window moters why are they diffrent?

right front ,rear and left rear are all the same but left hand front is diffrent,
the moters all look the same its the plug with the electrical connections that is diffrent.the front left has just a two pin type plug while the otheres have a red plug in connection.
this is on the d8 model
could understand the drivers door being diffrent as it has the auto function but cant understand why the passenger side is diffrent.
might be worth rembering if your moter fails and you need to get a replacement.
