WTD: D9 Centre Console + D9 Sunblind clips + D8 MFD Plug

Post by plod »

After a few bits for the Plodmobile

A D9 Centre Console

The secondary plug plus as much wiring as possible for the MFD of a D8

(The above two bits i've messaged Ade - the resident coupe breaker over on their forum, but awaiting a reply )

I also after a D9 sunblind clip
The one on the right in this pic which is broken (D8 on the left)
I obviously would prefer an unbroken one before any comedians chirp in

I've just had a look at the sunblind in my estate & the clips at the top are actually screwed into a plastic rod at the top of the blind. Do the saloons have a plastic rod at the top of the blind? Will take some pics in a bit & post one up to show.

The end of the blind is a rail
These have plastic caps at the end
The cap comes off
The clips slide into the rail to a slot and then twist into the slot

These are not available from the stealer as i've already asked, plus if you look on SB it's available as one unit complete
Prices i've seen ranging from £50 to £65

Did it have trip computer on it?

My MFD has one bank of plugs fitted, but there is a row for a secondary bank of plugs to be fitted
These plugs connect up to the ECU etc to get the Trip computer working

Unless of course the plugs are the same??

Out of curiosity Nigel, how much for the front calipers and yokes off that car?

Had a quick look on service box, and a 2.0 16v appears to use the same calipers on the front as my HDi

Probably wouldn't be straight away as have MOT in 4 weeks, and I know I need to buy at least 2 tyres
But would be looking soon after that , unless of course you've already sold them
(Should of asked this previous to today as just been up to Shipley Country Park at Ilkeston and would of been more viable to stretch myself financially whilst that way  )

How big is the tip? If they fit I could buy a couple and screw them in place of the crappy saloon ones. They look much beafier.

The photo is showing it near enough actual size, maybe a little bit bigger.
