rear seatbelt

HI again guys ,to cut a long story short I had to cut the middle seatbelt in my estate the MOT is due soon would it pass if I took out the seatbelt and anchor point thanks in advance .....Rob
1997 406 2.0 petrol estate lx..D8.............OH dear where does this nut go?

fasten a baby car seat in :wink:
Mot testers are not alowed to move or interfere with a baby seat they will just give an Advisory notice saying they couidnt test the rear seat belt as there was a baby safety seat inplace,

worked for me once 8)

the mot tester never went near the seatbelts of my car.

In fact he went to get in opened the door and seen the seat forward for my driving position so he didn't bother moving it back he just sat crammed in
