applying waxoyl

Post by FarmerPug »

i thought with this good weather today i would waxoyl the car, but them small hand operated sprayers that came with the tin dont work.
Has anyone ever used the high pressure waxoyl sprayer, or what else can you use?, to date all ive used was spray cans and the old hand operated one which was rubbish.

does waxoyl dissolve plastic?

yup them things with the handle you pump up and down to build up the preasure,
ithink there about a tenner ish at b&q there handy to have idont think waxoil wouid wreck one if you cleared it afterwards with a bit of turps or petrol,
so it wouidnt be something that be thrown away after use

its thick stuff, id do it with a brush but spray gets everywhere quicker especially up box sections.
