Im from up north Lozz, but happily not there much these days, I will be in A-U-L from Thursday this week though, back to see the folks and a few friends plus a christening to attend.

A word on the meet, it needs someone to take it firmly by the bollox and keep plugging away till they get an agreement from everybody that is coming, this is an awesome forum, probably the best i have ever been a member of as far as technical knowledge and good old fashioned banter goes but they are an apathetic lot in general when it comes to actually meeting up, but then i suppose this is due to family commitments, work commitments, generally being old farts, etc etc etc :P

you strike me as the type to happily get your teeth into something, so become the one that finally gets something together, go on, accept the mission and bloody good luck with it :)

I'm from further up North than you guys are :cheesy:

Discopol, I'd slap you for calling me apathetic, but I can't be arsed :P

If there's a meet that's within reasonable driving distance of me, then I'd go. I think I'd probably go as far as Glasgow for it, which is a 3 hour drive. It's also further than you guys in the "North" - by which I mean Manchester - would have to go to get to Glasgow for a meet.
