Electric window problem

My 406 2.0 exec 1999 is giving me probs with rear elec windows I can operate them from the drivers switch but cannot operate them from thier own door swiches

sounds like you have the child lock switch on

but is it working?
it most be a power supply proplem/switch as you know the moter works.
i think you need to check the connecter on the back of the door switch to see if you have any power.
i hate pug electrics my left hand front window one day it wont :x work next day its fine .

if the electric windows play up.
check the wiring between the door and the pillar,
pull the Rubber cover back and look for Broken or chaffed wires,
even if they still do work from drivers door there still couid be a bad wire,

well worth a check and nothing as to be taken apart to check the wires :wink:
