Would this not be the Tesco Value Adblue that you're seeing?
dunno mate didnt know they did a value fuel,
No, that was me trying (& failing) to be funny. Adblue is a solution composed mainly of pig p*ss that's used in most HGVs these days to improve their emissions. Small amounts of it get injected into the diesel (I think).

I was musing that perhaps the Tesco Value take on this would be to have the workers pissing into the tanks instead of using the proper stuff.

i always used to use morrisons petrol in my corsa and it was always always 200 mile to half a tank line from full . then one time it was 180 mile thought it was just my driving so filled it up and then its 170 mile to half tank so went total for a peny a litre more did 220 mile ,never put supermarket fuel in again.
few years after got the 406 runnin fine for 2 week on the total stuff decided to brim it at morrisons to get me points and had idling problems 2 miles after fillin up, so i gotta be bloody desperate to use supermarkets fuel now

its done here all the time, if you read the news you hear about the closedown of huge fuel laubdering plants all the time. I believe its filtered through cat litter or something similar, and some system of pumps is used.

its bad diesel, cuts the lining out of your engine, perhaps an xud might survive it, but its just not good.

Funny you should say that, I use Tesco most of the time and I did say to the missus the other day that I thought the car was making a bit more noise. I think I'll have to swop fuel stops.
