torque settings

does anybody know the torque settings for head bolts on a 406 1.8?
any info would be great ta!

Stage 1....60nm

Stage 2....Slacken off each bolt individually 360 degrees.

Stage 3....Tighten 20nm then 100 degrees.

Stage 4....Tighten 100 degrees.

Stage 5....Tighten 100 degrees.
