Ack! Not webuyanycar.

Bunch of cowboys.

For a laugh put the 406 details in. They offered £50
Not in NI anyway.

I've heard of people who took their car and got knocked down further on minor things.

we buy any car, it seems such a cold and clinical way to sell a car, you have no idea who its going to. Theres something nice about selling it yourself execpt for tyre kickers, or the worst "ill discuss it with the wife, she doesnt like the colour"

we buy any car .com are just like loan sharks they want 100% interest,

iran my 406 details through with them and theyve made me an offer of £490 for it,
not bad that realy as it only cost me £50

ithink iwill decline there kind offer tho me thinks

They Most probs sell them on to Dealers for Mega profit theyre buying at prices where theres no Guaranteed losses so even if they sent them through car Auctions they wouid be making a few quid still,

Its just another company taking full advantage of the credit crunch,
the only way Webuyany car .com wouid get a car off me if it was one that was on its last legs /Bodged, id ram it in to them then :P
and sit back and laugh

Remember: if you put your car's details to them on their website, they will give you a quote - but this quote does NOT include the cost of their physical inspection. To sell them a car, you need to take the car to their local representatives who will charge you £40 for the inspection.

When my old saloon was still pretty much pristine, they quoted me £750 for it - it would have been worth about £1200 at the time. After the prang, they quoted me £70 for it. No sodding way they were getting my car, not for £30 (after inspection charges).

As far as I know WBAC.com grew out of the back of one of the large car supermarket chains, 'growing' as it were like a puss-filled wart :P

I got quite a handsome offer for my Volvo (almost £6K) and I was really honest about any scuffs and chips etc but I suppose they'd always find something else to bid you down and of course you've gone to them so they have the upper hand on price :|
