what tyres have you fitted to the nimrods ? they look really low profile.

^ What Gaz said. Aren't those tyres a little too small? I'd be surprised if it did 65 mpg with a lower overall diameter wheels even on the motorway! At what age (you yourself, not the car) did you buy and insure it and how much did they rip you off, matey? :roll: After being quoted 4k for an XUD I was wondering if the HDI would be better, I'll give that a check.

Oh dear.. Any help with ideas on the insurance matey? I'm sure it can't be right.. I just dialed the numbers and ticked the boxes at gocompare and it's the only quote that came up. I'm sure I can get a better one by phoning around but since you're 21 surely you'd know a trick or two :oops:

looks ok that,

What difernce does the aftermarket filter make on the Hdi. ?
ihad one on a Petrol mondeo it made it sound like a blocked hoover,

im tempted to try one out on mine but placed somewhere it wont get heat soak from the engine bay

lozz save your cash mate. aftermarket air filters are a big waist of cash and wont make any difference :mrgreen:

yup true,
mines looking for abit more air one of the reasons iwas looking in to filters,
imight just get a bit bigger intercooler
