Fuel Gauge

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Yep, they all seem to have issues - mine drops to empty and then boom, half a tank

Mine gets to empty, I get all the warnings and the mile count down, finally I get the --- and I usually chicken out and fill up, but there's been a few times when it's suddenly shot up to half a tank. It seems like it's the luck of the draw, you can't just change the sender because it's part of the lift pump :(

Mines the same,
can have half a tank in come out to it the next day its on empty,
put £10 in and it shoots up to over half of a tank :?

itry to keep mine above a Quarter at all times once they get in to the Reserve it seems to send them Bezerk for a while afterwards even if theres half a tank in,
