that wheel cylinder is a doddle to do honest,we did my daughters a couple of months ago cos it failed its mot on it,
the wheel cylinder is number 3 in the diagram and is held on from the rear with 2 allen bolts
basically remove the big nut that holds the bearing/drum on, take the sodden brake shoes off, undo the brake pipe from the rear and then the 2 allen bolts slide the cylinder out towards you.
buy a new bleed nipple as well as the cylinder bolt everything back together,bleed the brakes and your good to go
BTW i used a blowtorch to 'dry out' the brake shoes and get rid of the fluid that was soaked in, tester put it back on there machine and all was well
