Pass' Front window

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Pass' Front window

Post by 69Charger »

Hi. The front pass' window is stuck up. Have tried the tapping it ideas etc but no luck.
I even got hold of another motor and conected it to see if it was the switch or the motor that was at fault. The motor by its self spun when i moved the switch to make the window go up but when i moved the switch to make the window go down nothing. I reconected the wire to the motor in the car and lisitened to the motor for any sound of it trying to work. When i moved the switch up a click sound came from the motor as if it was trying to make the window go up, but when i moved the switch to make the window go down again nothing. Any ideas please.
Regards. Shaun.
