How do you remove the fuse box on the D9 without having to unbolt the whole thing containing the bsi ?
on the fuse box there 2 clips that push in but it wont budge,
Surely you dont have to rip the whole unit out containing the bsi, idont want to go anywhere near that critter if ican help it,
Reason iwant to get fuse box out is because the live Feed from the ign switch to the fuse box is dead , the wire next to the 40amp fuse,
through the winter ive had awire looped from the 12v+ on the battery going to the live on the heater blower thats worked but its been Bringing up a charging fault display on the Mfd at times, (Ive ripped that out now )
Now-ive looped awire from the fuse box going to the heater and thats isolating the blower when ign is off (No drain on battery) what colour is the wire behind the fuse box going to the heater blower ? is it Grey ?
Ive used Heavy Guage Cooker wire is that a good idea?
any ideas ?
thanks

Re: D9 Fuse box,
Ive still got The Battery charge Fault showing,
Rev the car it goes off,
Low Brake fluid warning showing,
Couid the handbrake switch cause both Faults, ?
switch shorting out perhaps ?
running out of ideas here ,
Tempted to pull the wires out of the Mfd,
the Fluid level is full and Battery is Holding 12.5volts
