SRDT bosch conversion - HELP PLEASE!

Hi all,



I have got the pump from a 1.9 srdt 405 in the car, I have bled up to the injectors however it will not fire. I am wondering if i have the pipes to the injectors on wrong? I have used the same pattern as the 405 motor would use as the pipes from the old lucas pump will not fit. I assume that the firing order of the 2.1 is the same as the 1.9. If someone could post some pics or some helpful info that would be great.



I have also used the 1.9 bosch injectors as well if that makes any difference.



I have had the car 6 weeks and never driven it!!!!

The car will need bosch injectors and lines.

Have you connected up the stop solinoid? Is there +12v at the solinoid when the ignition is on?

If so then undo one of the injector pipes and see if theres any fuel comming out.

If theres not, replace the stop solinoid.

If there is, I aint got a clue

yeah, I have done all that. just not sure why it will not fire! I assume there is no anti theft stuff on it?

Noob query, you've got the fuel going in by the pulley and coming out by the injector lines, yeah?
