Cheap car anyone ?

Hi all,
ive just Downgraded to a Vw Polo,
so the 406 needs anew Home, (( £350 no offers )) you can have it for less but il weigh in the Tax

anyone want a Bargain? 2.0 hdi

On offer here for £350 Absolute bargain you wont find one anywhere as cheap and as clean as this,

Mot & taxed till End of oct so it can go straight on the Road,
its 100% reliable,
no faults other than a Faulty Handbrake switch some times flags up low brake fluid warning on the Mfd because of this,
but this isnt a problem as it dosent affect the Running of the car, there around £4 or so for a new one,

Be quick tho as it wont stay around long @ this price,
it wouid fetch around £900 on ebay but idont have the time to mess with auctions, and the Fees are abit of a piss take

the seats you see in the pics are no longer in the car.
iupgraded to Grey interior. to a nice black one came out of 02 reg Rappier.
also door cards have been changed. Black ash trim on all the door cards.

Might be a Trek but it be worth it,

ive spent over £500 on it Recently so im more or less giving it away.

Engine is totaly 100%
its never let me down and its Quick for a diesel .. its been Remaped

Does the car need anything else doing to it? How many miles? How much T&T are on it?

I'm seriously tempted, would just need to work out a lift down there to retrieve it, which shouldn't be too difficult. Will also need to check and see what difference it would make to my insurance.

Its 110 bhp or at least it is on paper .
its deffo no a 90 its got intercooler

Maintance wise its good, couid do with a set of rear shoes in a month or 2 but handbrake holds well,
brakes are keen.
tyres are good,
theres also a 5th alloy as a spare.

theres no aircon on this car as air con pump as been removed was going to fit a new one but never botherd.
exhaust is around 7mth old,

insurance on the d9 towards a 306 or a d8 is abit steep so make sure your sat down when you get the insurance quote

Mpg around town average 38
on a run 49 -50 mpg ish

tax and tested till end of 10th month.

I do live in a ridiculously low crime area, have a clean licence and 9 years no claims, so they shouldn't be too scary! Will do a quick comparison online now, but I get the feeling I may be having a trip down the country this weekend!

So it's a 110 which has been remapped then? Hmm, what rough power should it now be on, and what sort of MPG have you been getting? I do 400 miles a week minimum, so MPG is quite important to me unfortunately.

I shall ring my insurance company tomorrow and see how much it would cost to switch from the 306 to the 406, and I shall have a word with the missus when she gets back but I think I may well have this off you. Can I have first refusal/dibs for the next 24 hours please?

sorry mate, but ive just added it on ebay dont want to pull the plug on that yet as imight end up throwing more money away,
ishouid of waited abit longer realy before listing it realy but ijust want it gone,
once a car gets parked up here in the yard it just gets forgoten about they end up green with sap from the trees,
hence wanting it gone realy No space for it,
