Spanners usually brings up a Halfrauds banner ad.

Sometimes the "Another bargain" with the gumtree wasters brings up gumtree ads for 406s.

Someone must've posted up a chavvy Corsa ad.

I'm now seeing Samsung EcoBubble adverts on the Honda forums as well

ah well as long as it keeps the site going its good.
whats good about this site is how we can post ebay links or links to websites, some sites dont allow any external links or mention of any other forums.

Usually the ebay links are for 406 parts or cleaning products.
Also, mention of other forums (such as I did) is for another marque of limited interest to 406ers.

Seems a good and fair site, who runs it? Or did it just set up one day?

I've got "funny video clips" (in Croat) and "Seat Leon Reviews", I'm sure that's due to the title of the thread though.

I've just installed our 3rd machine in 8 years!

The first two were Ariston (read: Hotpoint) and the second an Indesit (read: Hotpoint) they were both sh*t. They both hurled themselves around shaking violently! they're built-in in our kitchen so I have to fit a decorative panel to the front.

The first machine just caved-in under pressure, the second suffered a split drum (leak underneath) mostly caused by coins in there but both were noisy and crap (they even smelt too :( ).

Now, this 3rd machine in a real beauty 8) I bought a better make and got it from kingdom Appliances in Brum. It's ex-display so I saved £80.00 and it's an AEG-Electrolux and the quality is clearly superior. It's A+ rated, 6Kg load, and unbelievably quiet  you can even tell it how long to wash the clothes for rather than it tell you.

Biggest problem for me is that built-in gear costs bloody loads......£450.00 for the machine, and that is 'cheap' :o you certainly get what you pay for with W/machines and don't be fooled into a 1400 rpm model - they cost more and it's not necessary, best get a no-frills but good make like Miele, Bosch, AEG etc.
