Broken Pipe Under bonnet

I was looking at the engine bay today, i notced this pipe holder broke:

I took it out and tried to glue it again

But the superglue doesnt work with this plastic, im not sure where to go on servicebox to get a part number, anyone know what its called?

Couid you not drill a hole through the bracket and bolt it in place?
ive seen a few with this bracket broken off must be a weak point ,

i was thinking of using cable ties to fix it, it actually could have been broke for some time.
Ive aked an ebay seller for some doorcard clips, and wheelarch clips, as well as giving the part number for this one, might aswell do it with the other parts coming.

Mine was always broken. I used a zip tie but that broke after a while as well.

they same to be constructed in the same manner as the very strong engine cover clips were. :D

and the extremley strong surrounds over the interior door handles.
close the door hard enough and it pops off.

And the extremely strong chrome mouldings and boot badges.. But that's pretty much it once you think about it!
