Day 2 : Exterior steam cleaned, Wet sanded (1500 grit) bonnet, wing & scratches, compounded the whole car, realigned the bonnet, compounded the alloys, washed & 2 coats of meguirs Tech 2 wax. cleaned & treated all exterior rubber & plastics, Steam cleaned chassis & engine bay (to make sure there was no more nasty surprises under there.
Day 3 : Serivce time, Oil flush, New oil & filter, fuel filter, air & pollen filter, Lower Crank Pulley, (coolant will wait untill later in the week) New front & Rear Discs & Pads, Hand brake shoes, Dot 5.1 Brake Fluid Change, Power Steerring Fluid, repair to both front ABS Ring gears, 4 Wheel Alignment.
Day 4 : Remove DIesel Particulate Filter & fitted new Floor Mats ordered off eBay (quiet day for the old Pug

Day 5 : Trip to Bromsgrove for new Bonnet, Bumper, Head Lights, Fog Lights, & Grills (6 hour round trip, sat 2 hours in a bloody traffic jam on the M42)
Day 6 : Remap to 180bhp no fap, Fitted Kenwood Head Unit with ipod control, Found huge water leak (rain water) Passenger footwell & A-Pillar trim was soaking wet after a good downpour, drainage channels for the sunroof were blocked, defap'd a 406 coupe owners car (Parm) who collected for me a new Aircon Compressor & 406 coupe gear knob & Gaiter from Ade (406 coupe breaker)
Day 7 : Remove the front of the car literally ! changed damaged lower rad support panel, changed the aircon compressor, cleaned out intercooler & air pipes, flushed out the radiator, Changed the coolant for toyota 4 life red, rebuilt alighning all the front end panels correctly.
She is starting to look & drive Superb !! i love driving this car

Gearbox oil change (forgot to do this), get new bonnet & bumper sprayed, underseal the car, tint the windows, get stonechip on windscreen repaired, or replace screen if not repairable, cover the "Faux Wood" in something
