Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Doggy sez...
"A simple switch of the fuses" haha
Any idea which fuse to move where in a D8 to take the fag lighter from only working with a key in the ignition to perma?
Any guidance welcome!

You know how a blade fuse has 2 legs, and there's 2 holes in the fusebox to put them into?
Well, for two fuses in the 406 fusebox there's 3 holes. One's the fag lighter, the other's to the stereo. Just move the fuse to use the other hole

from memory when mine was popping the lighter fuse it's on the far left of the panel on a D8 and as MJB says it has 2 positions for permanent or ignition on feeds, can't remember which way round either but it's easy enough to find out just try it with the ignition off
