Every time the sum comes out and it warms up I find myself getting bad headaches, sweating like a nobodys business, my head feels like it's 'throbbing' and I feel like I'm constantly sat infront of a fireplace, even indoors and I cannot cool down.
Fecking hate the sun! Don't know why anyone likes it! Bring on winter

It sounds like you are dehydrated young man - apparently one of the most common causes of headaches. Try drinking A LOT more fluids (obviously nothing with caffeine in it). I drink at least 2 litres of milk a day when it's hot, obviously my own choice but try to find something you don't mind drinking. Avoid anything with harmful chemicals in it of course (things like tartrazine, aspartame or alcohol).
As the label says, if symptoms persist consult your medical practitioner (btw if you go to him/her without trying to increase your fluid intake first you'll just end up doing it anyway )

Alcohol needs water to go through your system so probably not best if you're having dehydration issues (did you know a hangover is caused by your brain shrinking due to dehydration?) If I were you I'd give it a miss 'til I've got a handle on the headaches...
@bailes go for an eye test mate,
isuffer with bad migraines after being in the sun ive been told to wear sun glasses by the optician
your eyes might not be bad vision wise but its worth getting your eyes checked for other problems
My other half had the same issues - especially when she drove.
They said to try glasses. She didnt at first, now though she finds that with the glasses on she isnt straining her eyes so much which has reduced the headaches/migranes.
The issue with the heat is down to a lack of dehydration. If you dont have enough fluids in your body you cant sweat properly which means also head aches. Drink plenty of water - I do about 2-3 litres a day gulping down pints of squash or water. Anything with caffine or alcohol will make your situation worse!
Given I live under the hole in the ozone layer where the temperature in Summer often gets in excess of 40 degrees centigrade - drink lots of water, and wear sunglasses. Seriously - glare headaches are the worst!
The eyes is the most probable issue.
I used to wear glasses as a child and had some operation, i dont know what they did but at times i get dry eyes and i need to use artifical tears in my eyes, if i have a headaches/sore eyes a few drops and the headache goes away, they are handy to carry in your pocket.
But also sunglasses, if you have dry eyes the sun can dry them out quicker and my optician told me to wear them they usually help a lot.
I've got a pain in my gum from having an extraction today
Will it work for that
Actually, not supposed to have alcohol, but been on some Badger Fursty Ferret, and it's helping

Dunno if itl work mate,
try it,
for pain in teeth etc, ive used something called Tooth teacher, its as good as anastetic, but it tastes awful,
chemists sell it,
cloves are great for sore teeth, you know the wee black woodlike cloves, whatever is in them seems to numb the mouth, which is good for toothaches, ive got a wisdom tooth coming up at the moment and the cloves are great.
Never heard of the cloves mate,
they sound handy to have tho,
May be the Tooth teacher stuff is made from these cloves,
only ~Trouble with this stuff is if you get it near your lips they swell up abit like Mick jaggers,
theres also throat tablets called tyrozets which are great at getting rid of a sore throat firstly, but they seem to numb the mouth really well if you have a sore tooth.
