shop around. use only good garages .. get a few quotes

expect to pay around £200-£300

i would be suprised if u get it done for under £200.

well a clutch kit is between 70 -200 pounds and then iwould say its about 4 hrs of labour so would depend on labour costs.might be a idea to source a good kit then get afew quotes to fit.

i made a big mistake 2 years ago and let a mobile mechanic supply and fit my clutch
he charged me £180 for the whole job complete which i thought was very cheap

few months later clutch started to judder (again)

i bet you as much cash as you like he used a cheapo reconditioned clutch . and he didnt even change the release bearing

im having my clutch changed on my new D8 in january ... but this time i will definately be supplying the clutch to the fitter. (hopefully jasper if hes not busy)

i will be using only a LUK clutch or Valeo . which are aroun £110 for my 1.9 TD engine . then another £200ish in labour

worth paying the extra in the long run.

The finger springs on pressure plate were all broken apart from two. Got new one just in time. £180 well spent, hopefully
