is there a speed sensor for the clocks on a 1.9 td D8 ?
my clocks have a mind of their own.
i know the suspect solder joints on the back and will give that a go later this week

hmmm will have to look were it is 2moro. looks near flywheel.
wen driving the speedo will read 0mph then shoot upto 60mph and stay there . if i come off throttle and hit brakes it goes in slow motion back to 0mph and if i hit throttle it goes back upto 60mph in slow motion
when i bang the dash it makes no end of difference so im thinking the sensor could be faulty ..

ok got the sensor off my spares car.
whats best to clean them with can you use any cleaning stuff on them ?

well fitted 2nd sensor and it made no difference

speedo still not working..
everything bar the MPH bit is working fine...
