Good morning to all and a happy new year .
I hope that this question isnt too repetative but I have searched through the forums and cant really find the right answer I have only had the car since friday and now all the faults are starting to appear.
Ive done 120 miles since collecting it and yesterday the engine light came on and i lost power for a short period .the warning said engine anti-pollution system defective .Like Isaid I read through the forums and semi concluded this could be the air filter being blocked .as Im plnning a full service anyway I got all the parts ready to do it .so I just jumped the gun a bit and changed the filter abit earlier than originally planned .
now my question is ..have I deduced correctly and how do i go about resetting the warning light ?do I need to buy one of those plug in reader do-ickys or is it main agent only ?
cheers
