Up the Castlereagh hills and the signal is great. Can even pick up terrestrial RTE with an indoor aerial!

Those coat hangers, it used to be every Toyota Carina had one as an aerial for some reason.

even my dads carina had one, the aerial broke on them really easy, and i put it on for him, I'm surprised more d-turbos don't come equipped with such an essential bit of kit.

The datsuns were more sophisticated than that, i remember my grampas old bluebird, if you turned on the radio there was a fantastically electrical noise whizzweeooozzuuuhhhhzeeewizz and the aerial shot up into the air. As a young child this was up there with santa as being exciting :cheesy:

Actualy, they where easy to get off datsuns, iirc
you just pulled on it and then the rust gives in, :mrgreen:

the bluebird didn't rust, any I've ever seen is usually in good condition, i seen one today.
