You might find that unless it is for works purposes you could get into trouble. Or that the car has to be registered to the works policy for you to drive it.
With my work, I am allowed to drive the quads that come in for servicing and repairs on the road - only for testing purposes. But I cant go off driving someone elses car unless I can prove that its for a work purpose or a company car....
