Re: Injury
thanks welly and others.
blimey those claims people dont mess about. guy was here this morning at 11am. i took him to the place of accident he took many photos from all angles . measured the hole with tape measure and the depth of it
anyway at 2pm this afternoon solicitors rang me and confirmed all my details were correct and they said the claim is allready underway.
they said they would not have taken the claim on if they knew they wasnt gonna win
all i do now is sit back and let them do it all. no wonder people are making false claims all over UK if its this simple . there giving all the fraudsters an easy opertunity to do it

Re: Injury
Gaz, they dont give people options to claim, with trips and fall claims its hard for them to scam, the third party eg: council or whoevers solicior always ask for a specialists report, its his /shes report that puts a value on the claim,Gary406 wrote:thanks welly and others.

you can get more back for the inconvience of the injury than the injury itself, (affects to day to day life) taxi costs to doctors /a+e you get all that back etc
they normaly make 2 offers ,
irefused the first one it was peanuts,

Re: Injury
Yes, that's right. The government has been handing out millions of pounds to local councils so that they don't have to increase the council tax. So the local councils are increasing the council tax anyway, just because there isn't enough evil in the world already.
