Panic Fuel buying

Oh dear, they're going nuts around here queuing up for fuel that ISN'T in short supply

I've still got 3/4 tank full so should be fine for the next 70 miles or so....

I topped up yesterday but only because the wifes been using the car for work so we put the money back in that work gave her for diesel so i should be good for 600-700 miles... it was quiet when i went but my facebook is full of people complaining that theres a mile que at the same garage today

Anyone heard that some garages have put 8p on a liter today because of this?

There was a massive queue at one of the filling stations on my commute this morning. Was blocking the road.

I'm hoping that all the idiots will fill up this week, then there'll be deliveries, then there'll be no queues and lots of diesel.

I have do to about 600 miles over Easter. I can do over 800 on a tank, but then I'll need another tank for commuting. For commuting a tank should last 7 weeks if I'm careful.

Its all been done on Purpose,
they want people to buy loads of fuel so it runs out,

they most probs want people to know what it wouid be like with no fuel, so they will keep there mouths shut, when they put the prices up to what ever they want,

There is big lines of cars waiting to fuel up, and theres no need,

theyve fell for what they had planned,

A strike is a good outcome for the Conservatives because Ed Milliband can't win either way.

If he condemns the strikes then he pisses off his union puppetmasters, and if he doesn't condemn the strikes then he loses voters.

I filled the dogmobile last night...

Mind you, I did have room for 50 litres and the first of the 3 'cheap' filling stations increased theirs on Tuesday, so I thought either way, it's a sensible move.

After parking at work, range says 714 miles, which will nearly last a fortnight, if I crawl everywhere.

thing is there isnt gonna be a strike for at least 7 days from today so by time the strike hits (if there is one)

them fools that filled up today will probably have to fill up again before the strikes even started

Local petrol station (I know him quite well now ) has had to stop people filling 'containers' with Petrol today - literally those big water containers that's not legal, safe or anything

*wonders if there'll be a rise in fuel theft from cars and re-sold down the pub......

*wonders if this sudden panic was designed to bring in huge amounts of revenue just before the end of the tax year April 5th

Going to show you a pic of Dowlais top roundabout Merthyr Tydful to the left of the pic is a turn off to asda which has a petrol station (that has shut for the day wonder why ) Straight in fron is another station which some/most of these fools are trying to get to others are just continuin their journey across the heads of the valley (very slowly)

And then some prick decides to go off roading you can see by the tyre tracks he's not the first to try it either.
