Revs jump when coming off boost (Dump valve?)

Revs jump when coming off boost (Dump valve?)
ive got an sri turbo with a dump valve and when i come off the throttle the revs jump up, im assuming its the dump valve causing this as the ecu doesnt know where the boost air is going? how do i fix this?

Atmospheric or re-circulating DV?

your aftermarket dump valve obviously isn't working
do you have a boost controller too?
