Unlucky for some

Post by sirwiggum »

Some people want to do away with the 13 year from next year's Irish (republic) numberplates

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-17935498

eg. 13-D-4321
(2013 - Dublin - any number 1 to 99999)

Superstituous nonsense?

GB is going to have the same problem next March surely?

If you can afford to buy a spanking 13 reg car then you can afford 100 quid for some crappy private plate for it if you think its going to give you bad luck

13 is an unlucky number, i live at no13 and my wife was my 13th sexual partner, we have lived at no13 for 12 years, have 12 kids and in September it's our 13th anniversary of being married and living here so child number 13 should be concieved around that time.

I also had the snip on April 13th just after our second child was born. :supafrisk:

Some of that is true!!

I could offer to sell my dateless NI numberplate to someone who doesn't want a 13 reg :)

Load of superstitious nonsense.

According to the prophecies anyway, the world will end in December, so all of this is trivial.

The world ending in december thats a good laugh, Someone tried to convince me of this by showing videos on youtube and a load of crap they had printed out, 10 mins later they were trying to get me to join Lyoness.
