it shouid be on the side of the Housing,

have alook at this picture, ive marked it off with red, ithink thats the area its in, once the side pannel off you shouid see it,

what the hell m8,now u have it out of the car its realy confusing to tell whats what on pic,gana try and have a look again on saturday,will update u later.

iwas just showing that picture to give you some sort of idea where to look, iwasnt implying you dismantle yours to that degree,

once you take the side pannel off you will see all that no need to dismantle anything other than the side trim & perhaps take off the side blower pipe,

@ lozz m8,what i ment was because it was out of the car it confused me a bit,been ill all weekend so aint done nowt,might have a go today if rain stops away.on the photo,the 2 heater pipes that seem to run down to and through the floor,is it to the right of them.

@ lozz scrap that last post,unless that photo shows the whole thing on its side.coz them 2 pipes are diff on mine,mine go in to the floor m8 ??????

The resistor module is at the BOTTOM of the heater box, held in by one self tapper that has a very small bolt head not a screw head, it pulls downwards out of the heater box.

It has the wiring connectors at the bottom and the unit has a blade about 3 or 4 inches long going up into the heater unit.

You see it and get to it by lowering the felt on the passenger's side and looking to your right.....the thick red and black wires will lead you directly to it.
