Hi guys my 97 LX estate has just passed again with no work needed thats two years in a row with only an advisory for a coolant leak which I knew about :mrgreen: she may be a bit of a shed but I am well pleased :) was tempted to buy another but diesel but might as well keep it :)
1997 406 2.0 petrol estate lx..D8.............OH dear where does this nut go?

seems old d8s are solid if you find a good one. my previous d8 1.9 i had for 3 years and every mot it went through.
my new d8 which ive owned from december 2011 went for mot last week and only failed on suspension top strut bearing.

My bro's S-reg 1.9TD estate has sailed through all 3 MOT's since he bought it.

Mine needed front pads and a back box for the first of 4 MOT's I've put it in for, no problems since.

Pretty solid cars, I reckon. :)
