Hey There, I just bought a second hand peugeot 406 and I'm trying to fix all the little problems in it
The first problem is the remote central locking, Ive replaced the batteries in the key and tried to reprogram it but it hasn't worked! has anyone got any other ideas?
The second problem happens if I try to press the horn, an airbag fault warning appears but if i turn the car off and on it disappears

Hello and welcome to the forum,
sorry youve had no replys, only just noticed your post
The first thing iwouid do is remove the Steering wheel air bag, look at the Connectors etc, (ign off or battery lead off for 10mins first )
Something must be broke causing a Short, You wouid be Best pulling the Fuse for the Horn if the car is in daily use until you fix the problem
if the Horn is causing the airbag light to come on it be best remove horn fuse or even the Airbag fuse as a Temp measure, just incase it Fires.
(Not sure what car youve got here mate, D8/d9 what year
