I mind someone saying the mot people failed a car because of the magic tree a few years back, and every mot test since i take it down, then put it back up once its passed
How can a tree be a distraction though, its only a distraction to a passenger sitting in the middle seat in the back.

dont they set the Headlight aims up by using amarker on the windscreen ?
irember seeing them putting a peice of tape marker on the back screen, ?

imight be wrong, but everycar ive motd so far theyve failed the lights and set them up by some marker on the window,
im not sure how that works tho, ikeep away from them when there setting the lights up as iknow they was ok before car went in for mot

No headlight alignment is done by a little box that is placed infront of the headlights.

Also I personally think anything hanging from your rear view mirror is outright dangerous!

i had to take my fluffy dice off my rear view mirror the wifes feet kept getting tangled in them
