Forgive me if this is re-stating the obvious, but are you absolutely certain you're not dehydrated, Sam?

(after all, drinking too much water is unlikely to do you any harm).

Few people have mentioned this, I never feel thirsty and take 4x 500ml bottles of fairly weak squash to work with me and I drink these easilly.
I also have a drink in the morning and quite often have 3 glasses of squash while having dinner. So I don't think I'm dehydrated

If he was dehydrated his blood pressure would be low.

Dizziness
Palpitations (feeling that the heart is jumping or pounding)
Confusion
Sluggishness, even fainting

Orange juice dont help much if your Dehydrated, or atleast idont think it does,
avoid Tea coffee,

There was a tramp that hung around towncentres
turned out he was Actualy a Milionair, anyone who gave him 50p or loose change he looked them up a day or 2 later and made sure they was Rewarded

so next time you see a tramp with brown paper bag give him 50p you never know
