Hi mate, back to the sale of your car, can't view the pics at work but tbh £1295 is IMHO a bit rich for an 02 90 unless it's immaculate.
Another forum member has a re-mapped 2.2 executive estate that's had lots of work done to it for similar money if not less.

Saying that you see plenty on auto trader with dealers asking a couple of grand so best of luck.

Personally if the car is sound I'd keep it and enjoy the next 100,000 miles.

Ps you're only 15 miles from me so if you ever want to drive a proper old school diesel give me a shout 8)

'bout time too! - bet that's the same 'generic chicken sandwich' he got from Sainsbury's when the lift pump on his 406 was playing up.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Hi Gumby,

I based the sale value on the fact that Autotrader has loads of 00 and 01s for sale for about £1300 so pitching in at the same for a younger car with a fresh MOT and new discs all round would be a fair price.

I won't be keeping it as I've already upgraded to a 407 which I love. To be honest, I disliked the Rapier from the day I bought it as it was a vast disappointment compared to the 406SRi 2.0l 16v that it replaced!

A 2.0 SRi to an HDi 90?! No wonder it was a disappointment

I can't comment on the price (would be worth at least twice that here) but it does look rather mint in the pic. Perhaps not the best time of year to sell (heading towards winter & Christmas is coming...) but stick with it and see what happens.
